Your tasks
- Co-creation of new features, mechanics and game modes
- Maintaining the vision of the game with the design team
- Creating project documentation
- Prototyping and iterating game mechanics
- Gameplay balancing and customization of mechanics for target groups
- Understanding the basic KPIs of the game and how they affect the various elements of the game
- Cooperation with designers, analysts, marketing, programmers, UX/UI designers and artists
Required skills
- Understanding monetization techniques through micropayment systems
- Ability to design F2P games with monetization
- An analytical look at managing and balancing the F2P economy
- Understanding the meta-game and how to balance the game
- Knowledge of mobile games
- At least one year of experience in working as a game designer or in similar positions
